P-Cafe in Goettingen

Maybe a bit unadorned inside, but excellent cakes and always friendly service. Very relaxed and quiet atmosphere in the outdoor catering directly behind the Nikolaikirche. Highly recommended.

The vegan cake is awesome. And behind the counter they are very nice.

This cafe saved us on one cold Sunday morning when all other places where we could eat breakfast were still closed. It’s located near the old church and the atmosphere here is very calm and nice. The staff was very friendly and polite. Coffee and cakes were good (I’ve never seen Kartoffelkuchen in menu before, was interesting to try it).

So far, I've always found myself in good hands in this cafe, well served and well supplied with delicious food and drink. I can only recommend it.

Nice and bright ambience, friendly service. The waiting times are a bit long, but you get an excellent, vegetarian breakfast.

The breakfast, as always, delicious. But be careful: only vegan / vegetarian cuisine. No more Nutella ...! The operation as always: Inattentive!

Highly recommended for vegans. Until now there was always changing vegan cakes and drinks and the service is very friendly. The location behind a church makes it easy to miss this lovely café, but it's definitely worth it.

A most idyllic spot in the heart of Goettingen'Old City. Great coffee and cake. Not too pricey. Very kid friendly. There is a sandbox and toys. Staff is most friendly and accommodating. Spacious outdoor space as it located in pedestrian only area. They have about two cake options on average every day. Cortado is something they are unfamiliar with, but the cappuccino is tasty.

Very tasty and a nice staff. The only thing is that the food was brought a little too late when I visited, so that the drinks have already been finished. Unfortunately, the waffles are not recommended. But any kind of coffee.

Expensive, fairly uninspired breakfast. Just because you serve 4 slices of toast with scrambled eggs, you don't have a full English breakfast. Sausages, bacon, hash browns, mushrooms are missing! The wasp problem is not taken seriously.

Cute café with a great courtyard and plenty of choice. The service could be improved here and there, but the price / performance ratio was perfectly fine.

As always, the breakfast was super tasty and fresh and beautifully presented! Unfortunately, our waitress was not very attentive, didn't look at us while she was taking the order, but looked out of the window behind us and was generally very unwelcoming and somewhat unfriendly. Then we were brought something wrong when ordering breakfast. She also forgot a drink we had ordered and then came back to our table 30 minutes after everything was cleared and asked again without apologizing. It's a shame if everything is actually tasty and cozy, but as a guest you feel treated like a burden.

Was breakfast for the first time in the P-Cafe. Otherwise there was only cake every now and then. The breakfast was great, the service was nice, we could still play cards after breakfast. The howling Sunday morning from the church next door doesn't really bother. All in all a nice Sunday. Thank you very much.

Breakfast was delicious and the outside area is really great. We subtract one star for the underground service. After waiting 15 minutes we only received the menu on request. Staff seemed overwhelmed.

An old-established café which is located directly at the Nikolaikirchhof. It is worth sitting outside and having breakfast here in summer. On Saturdays there is still a flea market and you can relax with your coffee in the hustle and bustle of people in the sun. The selection of breakfast variations is large and popular, which minimizes the possibility of free seating. So, the early or the patient bird catches the worm!

Super delicious food and drink! There is a good selection of dishes and you can stop by in all seasons. You can sit outside in summer and indoors in winter. It is perfect for a nice breakfast or a warm place to meet friends or just relax! Sometimes it is a bit crowded, but mostly you get a seat anyway ^^

A nicely located little cafe. The furniture was a bit old. The service was very nice. I had a big french breakfast: - There was very good cheese in a very large amount. - a lot of fruits and vegetables, but not so good quality. Due to the little things 4 stars.

Nice and tasty breakfast. A good selection of tea. I would prefer to seat outside than inside since the inside is normally packed.

Very friendly, great service, good coffee. Breakfast is good and nicely treated, but very little of the essentials (sausage, ham or cheese). Ambiance well.

This is a wonderful breakfast, lunch, or afternoon coffee place. There is shade on warm days and sun on cool ones. There is a sandbox for kids to play in while you enjoy your meal. The food is excellent! I usually have cake and coffee, but the salads look delicious too.

It's a quaint sandwich and snack shop with a bar, and they serve tea and coffee a well. The service is very friendly, and, like most European servers, they speak English well, if you need that sort of thing (I did, lol).

You would think that a cafe whose brunch menu is based on boiled eggs, chopped fruit and bread would be able to promptly but that on a plate and serve it within 10 minutes. We waited forty five minutes and were told it would take 20 more until it was done. To put chopped fruit and bread on a plate...
